Theater Rental Rates

| Rent: $4,500 | Non-Profit Rate: $4,000 |
| Facility use rates are for one day, one performance, taking place between 8 am and midnight. For each additional same day performance, add $2,860 to rental rate. Any technical or rehearsal day(s) incurs a daily charge of $1,000.00 This rate includes the following services: House Technical Director and Production Asst., Front of House Staff, Custodian/Clean-up, Follow Spots (2), Ten Bagged Parking Meters, Production Phones and T-Shirt Security (5 men, 4 hrs. each)*. IATSE Local 82 is charged separately, based on union scale, plus an administrative fee of 26%. *Note: Additional security may be required at an additional expense to the presenter at the determination of theatre management per event. | |
| Box Office Services: Box Office Fee: A minimum charge of $950 with an additional $1.50 per ticket for every ticket issued above and beyond 950 (including complimentary and trade tickets). Facility Fee: All tickets sold for a performance(s) carry a $1.50 Facility Fee, whatever the ticket price or wherever the ticket is purchased. That Facility Fee is returned directly to the CENTER and does not impact gross sales. Optional Expenses: House Lighting System: Full System: $500 Note: Use of house lighting system may involve a labor call (separate from "Load-in") for light-hang, and may involve rental of additional lighting gear, depending on nature of tour plot. Estimated costs may be developed pending advance discussion between Tour TD and Venue TD. FOH only: $250 (this would be limited to the 32 Catwalk instruments and/or the 24 Box-Boom units) House Sound System: Full System: $450 Balcony Fill: $225 (this would be limited to the Cluster and/or the side-fills over the Balcony Exit doors) House Grand Piano: $650* (includes up to 2 tunings to A=440hz, day of show) House Upright Piano: $450* (includes up to 2 tunings to A=440hz, day of show) *Note: Cost of moving piano(s) from lobby to stage & back will be part of presenter's labor bill for load-in / load-out. | |
