Directions

From Northeast Extention of PA Turnpike

  • Take the NE Ext.(I-476 North) to Exit 105 (Wilkes-Barre,PA 115 /PA 309).
  • At exit ramp, turn left onto PA 115/PA 309
  • After approx. 5 miles, cross over
  • I 81 (PA 115 North becomes PA 309) Continue on PA 309 1 Mile to Exit 2 (Wilkes-Barre Center City). At end of ramp, make left onto Wilkes-Barre Blvd.
  • At 5th traffic light, turn right onto East Market Street.
  • Proceed three blocks to Public Square.

From PA Interstate 81

  • Take Exit 170-B (Wilkes-Barre 115 / 309 North)
  • Follow PA 309 1 Mile to Exit 2 (Wilkes-Barre Center City)
  • At the end of the exit ramp turn left onto Wilkes-Barre Blvd.
  • At 5th traffic light, turn right onto East Market Street.
  • Proceed three blocks to Public Square.

From PA Interstate 80 - points West (Bloomsburg)

  • Follow I 80 West to I 81
  • Merge onto I 81 North (Wilkes-Barre/Scranton)
  • Take Exit 170-B (Wilkes-Barre PA 115/PA 309 North)
  • Follow PA 309 1 mile to Exit 2 (Wilkes-Barre Center City)
  • At the end of the exit ramp turn left onto Wilkes-Barre Blvd.
  • At 5th traffic light, turn right onto East Market Street
  • Proceed three blocks to Public Square

    From Interstate 80 - points East (Stroudsburg)

    • Follow I 80 East
    • Take Exit 277 (NE Extension Turnpike/PA 940/Lake Harmony)
    • Take the NE Ext (I-476 North) to Exit 105 (Wilkes-Barre, 115 / Rte. 309).
    • Merge onto I-476 North toward White Haven (toll road)
    • Take Exit 105 (PA 115/Wilkes-Barre/Pocono downs)
    • At the end of exit ramp turn left onto Bear Creek Blvd./PA 115/PA 309 North
    • After approx. 5 miles, cross over I 81 (PA 115 North becomes PA 309)
    • Continue on PA 309 1 mile to Exit 2 (Wilkes-Barre Center City)
    • At the end of ramp, make left onto Wilkes-Barre Blvd.
    • At 5th traffic light, turn right onto East Market Street
    • Proceed three blocks to Public Square

      Parking is available at several garages within walking distance of the theater, and at meters along North Main & South Main Streets & Washington Street. Meters are free after 6:00PM.

    • Park & Lock East: (570-825-4411) located at East Market & North Washington Streets - 1 block from the Kirby Center.
    • Park & Lock North: (570-825-4411) located at 30 North Main Street - behind the Ramada Inn, across Public Square from the Kirby Center.
    • Park & Lock Central: (570-825-4411) located at 52 South Main Street - 3 blocks from the Kirby Center.
